Sergio and Martin make there way over to the 5.6 chimney (visible above) that leads to the upper snowfield. Tod and myself chose an easier route about thirty feet to the right. Where as the chimney route was more or less a sustained 5.6 for 50 feet, our route to the right was only one move of 5.6 (finger crimping step across) with the rest being Class 3 (and we may not have even chose the easiest route).
