Hasn't voted | This pic came in handy. Thanks much! We were up on this portion of the route this past weekend, and the "Finger Traverse" is actually a good sized ledge, with just one "finger" move to get onto it from the snow. However, we didn't get much further as the snow was way too soft... wouldn't hold anything. There was a lot of snow - the consistancy of a slurpee! The ledges leading to the "Terrible Traverse" were covered in the same mush. A bit early in the season I guess... | | Posted Jun 3, 2005 12:16 am |

Hasn't voted | I heard a rumor that there are some bolts on the actual "finger Traverse," is this true?

Hasn't voted | I guess i will answer my own question. There are great spots for slings and one well placed piton. | | Posted Jul 9, 2005 12:21 am |
