The register was placed in 1999. There had only been 8 people visit the summit before us as recorded by the register. 8 in 10 years.

...the register courtesy of MacLeod & Lilley that has seemingly found its way to the summit of every prominence peak in this part of Nevada and who knows where else!

Those two plus John Vitz have done the lion's share of placing registers on obscure, often very remote peaks. Checkout this prominence map
of John's efforts. The two in the middle are in area 51 and Jumbo is a class 5 climb.
