The view from Dudley Bowl on Great Northern Mountain-- July 24, 2003. The way to the use trail on the northwest ridge is to the left and out of sight (though the upper portions of the ridge are pictured). We headed up the steep and sometimes loose rock and aimed for where the crack (right) meets the ridge, where there is a little tricky scrambling but nothing too bad.
