Decatur Trio Route Overview [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Decatur Trio Route Overview
Background 13er giants in this photo include Argentine Peak (left) and Square Top Mountain (right), with the Mount Evans (14er) massif peeking in on the far right. In the foreground are 12ers Decatur (left) and Revenue (right). Decatur is 12,890 feet high. Revenue Mountain is 12,889 feet high. Both are part of the Decatur Trio route, which includes a third summit, Silver Mountain, from which this picture is taken. This is a wonderful route in an isolated area of the Continental Divide. It is not wilderness, but it might as well be.
