Redwic on the North Ridge [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Redwic on the North Ridge
Rather than fumble up another loose gully on the summit block, we scrambled along a series of ledges to the north ridge and then followed that to the summit. Photographed at 6200 feet on the south face of Mount Washington, June 2, 2009.

""All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night, in the dusty recesses of their minds, awake in the day to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it reality.""   --T.E. Lawrence
