Samaria Mountains
The Samaria Mountains seen from the east during late March. They are a sub-range of the Bannock Range located on the Idaho-Utah border. The highest peak in the range is Wood BM in Idaho. It is one of the peaks in the state with over 2,000 feet of prominence

The delicate hues of the foreground grasses and trees are what make this image really good.

Thank you! This was in winter and the snow from the valley was starting to melt. The trees had a nice red and orange color during this time.
