Waypoint two is located at Blacktail Pass, the key landmark in getting to either Garns Mountain or Piney Peak (or both). We went from Blacktail Pass to the summit of Garns as shown on the map and then went over to Piney Peak only to return to Blacktail Pass on our way back. See map one for the initial portion of this hike. It is an ATV road all the way to the summit.
