The usual route lies beyond the outcropping to the left of the spire, on
the spire's east-facing side.

In this photo, you can clearly see a crack leading to the summit.

Many folks have lost their lives attempting to climb this rock. Most people
only get up to a point beneath the spire, where they can admire the views
of other red rock peaks in every direction.

Bell Rock is still the most popular destination in the Sedona area.
