This is the jungle that covers the flanks of Reventador's caldera. While not dense it is utterly confusing and shouldn't really be navigated without a guide or a GPS and being crazy. There are 'paths' but considering how rarely some of them get travelled and the growth rate of the jungle you won't know they're there unless someone points them out. Even then you feel like you're going in circles.
