The Pfeifferhorn's west face. [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
The Pfeifferhorn's west face.
This photo was taken from the summit of peak 11,137 just west of the Pfeifferhorn, looking at it's west face. The left portion of the peak, to the north area is rugged and has some great lines up for those seeking technical ascents to the summit. September 18, 2009.

A very unique shot. I appreciate you posting this one, especially with the shadows defining the face enouht to tell whas going on over there. Sweet pic. Looks like such a great day out!

Thanks! Got a chance to beat the weather on this one, and hit up two other summit's while up there. The Pfeifferhorn's west face is definitely one of the more dramatic features of the Wasatch. Wouldn't mind hitting up a few lines up there. Much appreciated, Cory.
