Voted 10/10 | The East wall of Monte Rosa is the "himalayan" wall of the Alps: more than 2000 m vertical gain from Ghiacciaio Belvedere to Silbersattel/Dufour summit.

it's a great wall! I really like it and have to come back in order to make good photos during sunrise .... :-) This time, I took my camera off my backpack too late, when clouds disturbed the fantastic view, which you have in the ice couloir at the end of the wall. A view several hundreds highmeters down ....
Yes, I climbed it about 10 days ago. Impressive - very impressive wall!
