I should have mentioned this in the main text. "Shakhak" means "little horn". It refers to the two horns on the left.

Shakhak means horn in Persian, lot's of horn shaped peaks are named as "Shakhak" in Iran, there are 3 main horn peaks east to Alamkouh as you see in the picture and are named as simple as "Shakhak 1", "Shakhak 2" and "Shakhak 3"
