The amazing looking lieback flake of UNI (5.11B). First ascent Dane Burns. Man, I need to get stronger!

Voted 10/10 | ...so which TH did you use (Sharon lists multiple ways of getting there on her page)? And how long did the approach take? What's the closest town to check for weather forecast?
...sorry about the interrogation, but with the crappy forecast in PNW for the weekend, this is lookin' pretty sweet :)
Also did you notice any "no dogs allowed" signs there?
Much thanks!

Hasn't voted | We took Horton Ridge. Dane knew that one well. I guess the other way (via the state park) is shorter, but requires bushwacking. I'd prefer a 1.5 hour trail over a 1 hour bushwack anyday, but that is just my personal preference.
Forecast looks interesting up there so far.
National Weather Service says chances of thunderstorms. You should be able to get in plenty of good climbing though. Camp at the trailhead, or at Chimney itself, and climb lots in the morning. The thunderstorms will hit mid afternoon. Just play it smart, and you'll be able to get lots of pitches in.
Have fun if you go,
Martin
