Windy Peak's summit sees maybe 20 people a year, almost everyone of them ascends the mountain via the North Ridge Route from the Colorado Trail. The West Ridge Route shown here might not see any people on a yearly basis. I experienced big solitude on this entire route that I haven't had in quite some time.
