hey, kane are there any good (flat and not rocky) camping spots around any of the pierre lakes? we are heading that way this thursday (aug 25th)

Man, it's been a while, but I recall some decent spots at the entrance to the never ending boulderfield. There are a few good ones on the way up as well. You don't have to make it all the way up there to get a good site.
