Mount Megunticook and the Maiden's Cliff overlooking Lake Megunticook. In the ninetheenth century a girl in her teens fell from Mt. Megunticook thereby naming the cliff.

Maiden's Cliff is NW (to left in photo), also part of Megunticook. Identifiable by distinctive white cross (memorial to girl who chased her wind-borne May bonnet off the cliff).

I don't think Maiden can be seen from this view. This appears to be taken from Mt. Battie and Maiden would be around the ridge on the left, not able to be seen.
