The NE ridge of the...
The NE ridge of the Lenzpitze. The hut is just visible at the top of the page on the rocky ridge abobe the patch of snow. The village in the valley is Saas Fee. The walk from the vilage to the hut takes three and a half hours.

Yup, the altitude at this point is about 4,000m (12,000 ft) and the village is at 1,800m. It's a great climb!
