Did you eat the "Milchamuss" (is it written correctly ?).
I was there with my father few years ago and we was lucky to test this wonderful dish prepared by the farmer, owner of the Lanher alm. I remember this dish as the only one cooked by the men.

Voted 10/10 | could be "Milchmus", at leat this is a dish, but I've never eaten it. Local dialect spelling can be different. When I was there this September, we just passed by at the end of a long daytrip on Glockenkarkopf / Vetta d'Italia and did not have the time for a rest. Hasn't voted | I wrote the word as the people pronunce it. This dish, so energetic, is perfect after a long trip (as usually you do, I think) or after an hard day working in the fields. But you are not a farmer, I suppose !
