Located just north of Ameghino and Aconcagua. La Mano, 5,500 metres, looks very much like Alpamayo. A possible route in is marked in red. This would mean you would have to get up the Vacas glacier on your approach. This looks to be a challenging ice climb. This view is from just below the Polish glacier on Aconcagua.
