The West Summit from the...
The West Summit from the East. (Oh yes, and Tom Sjolseth.) Based on an 'in-the-field' measurement, I crudely determined that the West Summit could be about five feet higher than the East. The North Face Route comes up the steep ice at right. Mix-up Peak is to the left of the West Summit and Johannesburg Mountain is to the right. Aug. 30, 2004.
