In the ancient Heraclea town, which is at the foot of Baba massif and at the edge of Bitola town, that is over 2000 years old, are some of the best preserved floor mosaics in the world! They have over 20 colors and date from 6th century. They were made by Slavs upon their arrival here. Then this was Byzantium Empire.
