Acker Rock as seen from the...
Acker Rock as seen from the east (~south east). Location of key features indicated. Solid red line shows approximate layout of Peregrine Traverse, specifically first eight pitches are visible. The route, which has two more pitches not visible in shot, ends just below the Acker Rock Lookout structure. The "summit" is most likely not the summit of the formation (the lookout seems to be the true summit). The highpoint of the Black Magic route is referred to as "summit" by G. Orton in his guidebook. Note that ALL belays except top of P9 (w. large tree) are doubly bolted.
