Tony begins climbing the last...
Tony begins climbing the last pitch to the summit. He is on the crux of the pitch--an awkward 5.4 slanting knee-crack. Sergio had trouble starting it too. It was easier for me with Sergio because I was top-roped (with Tony I did a harder 5.7 variation to the right). Sept. 24, 2004.

I'm glad to see this photo. I'm climbing Guye Peak this weekend and this makes me feel better.

Drove past Guye this evening. No snow on it or none to be concerned with. It's always a striking razor-thin "tower" when going westbound on the interstate.
