Hmmm, this shot reminds me that I still have to climb Cashmere.

Easy day trip (5-6 hrs up via trail; 3-4 hours down). I went cross-country via Pioneer Creek and climbed it in 4.5 hours. Ice axe probably mandatory in early or late season for north slope. The trail goes up to the 8,000-ft saddle at far left. From there on it is scrambling.



The prominent gully shown above goes all the way to the summit. It is a feasible route but it starts lower down in the Pioneer Creek drainage.
