Northern border of Hohe... [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Northern border of Hohe...
Northern border of Hohe Tauern is long Pinzgau valley which stretches in W-E direction. From it countless valleys cut into Hohe Tauern, stretching towards south and main crest. Valleys are very deep and narrow, separated with wild peaks and sharp ridges whose sides fall into the valleys very steeply. Right of the middle is Zwolferkogel (2446m) above Felbertal valley. Left, in the distance, is snowy Kitzsteinhorn (3202m).
