In the early parts of the journey towards Kangzhangri we had some help of tracks. In muddy areas they were of great help.

Yes it does. It brings back memories. Seeing Nadine struggling in the mud fields. Hard, but still this is only the beginning when we were quite healthy and strong and had some help from tracks. Later it got much worse.

The person on the photo is Nadine, my expedition/climbing partner. She's working hard for sure. That mud of the plateau is awful. So sticky.
