Brian JenkinsRidge-ability?

Voted 10/10

Paul,
I'm headed to the Wallowas in a few weeks and was wondering about this ridge between Cusick and Glacier Peak. I realize this was 11 years ago but was wondering if you remember anything about how difficult this ridge would be (especially since I am bringing a non-technical climber and my dog along). Any chance you think this ridge is hike-able or do you think it is as possibly technical as it appears? Thanks,
Brian

Brian, I really don't know. It's been many years since I was there. Maybe inquire with user Mrh?

What would be worse: a craggy crest or the tedious talus?

Thanks, I did check with Mike (MRH) and he had not done it so couldn't say. If it was just me, I'd do it but I'll have a non-technical climbing buddy and my dog so I am playing it safe and figuring out an alternative. Maybe my trip in a few weeks will serve as a recon for a future Cusick mission though.

Thanks,
Brian
