Setting up camp on Applebee Dome with Snowpatch as our backdrop. The SE Shoulder route hits the low point in the L skyline after coming up from the other side. It goes around the L side of the snowpatch the mountain is named after.

My contour map says that's a sheer 600-foot drop from the bottom of the snowpatch to the glacier below.
