this doesnt look like so 4000meter preak... it looks like Nanga Parbat! Great Shot

This wall is indeed Alps highest and largest- 3500m from base to the summit.

Indeed, a fantastic picture of a fantastic mountain... The east face of Nordend expresses ~2500 meters of vertical relief. The main Monte Rosa page says this wall is "the highest in the Alps... about 2470 meters height from the end of Valle Anzasca to two of the highest peaks of the Group... Nordend and Zumstein."
