Bald Mountain from the southeast (from the lower north slopes of Jeff Davis Peak) in July 2003. Brown Lake is also visible. That light forest at the base of the talus is where all the fantastic bristlecones pines are located, including the famous sawn Prometheus Tree stump (if you can find it).
