The day's last rays of...
The day's last rays of sunlight hit Mt Kenya. Nelion (5188m) clearly visible and Batian (5199m) lurking behind glowing clouds in the background.

Digglerwhen?

Voted 10/10

When did you take this photo? I'd like to know, as the snow on the ledges of the normal route up Nelion seems undesirable! Great photo, BTW- it's been my wallpaper for a couple of weeks now. Thanks.

A VERY late reply. Somehow I've missed your message.
Anyway, the photo is shot around the 20'th October 2005.

Thanks!
It was a bit unreal. At times it looked like the golden glow came from the inside of the mountain. It lasted for only a couple of minutes and then the golden color turned pink and then the sun went down.
