It's a hard "th" like in "weather." There were a number of different letters in the Icelandic alphabet. Check out any of my Iceland mountain pages and I think at the bottom of them I kind of sum them up. Was interesting and I got a few laughs when I mispronounced stuff.

On this peak, I believe the correct way to pronounce it would be like Hairth-a-breth with hard "th's".
