The cathedral-like Kingfisher... [ Sizes: Orig | Small | Thumb ]
The cathedral-like Kingfisher...
The cathedral-like Kingfisher Tower as seen from near the base of Stolen Chimney on Ancient Art. Easiest summit route (IV 5.8 C2) roughly follows the right hand side skyline. Yes, it does look like mud but what a wonderful summit it must be to stand upon (December 24, 2004)!!!

Renews my desire to go (& climb) there! Did you see the piece in Alpinist on the Fisher Towers? Good stuff.

Thanks Dirk!

Have never even seen the Alpinist before (something I need to correct). Place is awsome! So many towers with some really adventurous routes :) - you'd love it.

Not alpine but definitely some "adventure" climbing to be had!!
