This unique 'fan top' saguaro lies just off the trail at the mouth of Ventana canyon. See comment below for more info on what causes this mutation.

Hasn't voted | The Mostrose growth is due to either frost or bacteria harm the apical meristem of the cactus. (In other words, the reproductive part is damaged)
