It seemed only fitting to put...
It seemed only fitting to put this photo in Triumph's Red Tape section...
Kelly Bush, Wilderness Ranger for North Cascades National Park, "admires" a 20-lb pile of old rappel slings removed from Mt. Triumph (either wholly from the Northeast Ridge or all over the mountain). So if you're planning a trip to Triumph don't expect to be able to climb from rappel anchor to rappel anchor. Some important rappel station slings were renewed, however. January 13, 2005.
Where do old removed runners go to die? How about a runner quilt?

I thought about making the same comment but ya beat me to it. I'm sure yours and mine are in that rat's nest.
