The beginning of the...

The beginning of the Northeast Ridge is visible in the center of the photo. The little red dots (in front of the shadow that looks like a turtle's mouth) are another group starting the route. The mountain looks a little stubbier that it is due to the foreshortening effects of perspective. August, 2004.

Red Dots

It took me a while to spot the climbers, but finally I saw them on the ledge. (Or at least, I hope so.) Nice picture: It seems to convey a good idea of the route.
