Don Nelsen stands on the rocky summit of Tanner Butte in 60 degree January weather. For all of you who think Oregon winters are mild, they are not. It is typically raining 5 inches per day and sunless for 6 months at a time. People here hate it and are unhappy. Please do not move here. ;- )
