Yours truly atop the highest summit block on Oct. 25, 2003. No snow here at 7,200 ft in late October! This fall seems to be shaping up just like the previous one, except as I write this there is probably a new foot or two up there. The rusty bracket is an artifact leftover from a lookout long since removed (in 1965, I believe).
