Bus stop at La Gouille
Even in winter, buses frequently service the Arolla valley. Right across La Gouille, on the opposite side of the river, are a number of waterfalls, which turn into fine icefalls in winter.
In addition, La Gouille is the trailhead for several hikes, including to Lac Blanc, Pointe de Vouasson and Mont de l'Etoile.
