The Twin Sisters Range at... [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
The Twin Sisters Range at...
The Twin Sisters Range at sunset on Sept. 26, 1996. Photo taken from Sauk Mountain to the ESE. I was up there at dark to view a total lunar eclipse. Sauk Mountain is an excellent short climb with a superb views-to-effort ratio. The gain from trailhead to summit is only 1,000 ft in 2 miles (but takes 26 tight switchbacks to get there...back and forth and back and forth and...).
