Voted 10/10 | Indeed a great shot. I also heard they have guides that will take you to the top of Meru, a 15,000 ft. summit. | | Posted Mar 9, 2005 3:20 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks. Meru's supposed to be a good trip, and only 3-4 days. I guess you walk through a wildlife zone with things like giraffe and buffalo at the start. The crater looks impressive.
(BTW, took your advice and posted this one not on the Kili page! But I have it linked into my trip report) | | Posted Mar 9, 2005 4:47 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks for the comments guys. I almost didn't post this due to its similarity to this shot, but the Meru page didn't seem to have one like it. It was an incredible scene for sure! | | Posted Mar 11, 2005 9:02 am |

Voted 10/10 | to see it tomorrow again into the quality rank. As often it happens, the PotW winner is immediately sinked with a 3 stars vote by an envious member, I suppose.
