In foreground-left is Elephant Butte and at center is Luna Peak (8,311 ft) in this photo taken from Ruby Mountain to the southeast on January 14, 2005. Stetattle Ridge is at lower right. "Stetattle" was an Indian word for "haunted", apparently, although John Suiter in his book Poets on the Peaks (page 63) says it means "grizzly bear".
