February 11th, 2005 - The view one has of The School Room from the pathway above. For obvious reasons a helmet and crampons are required for anyone who wishes to visit the canyon bottoms, regardless of if they are climbing.

Its a fun rappell down into the canyon from here, but make sure to have a prussik backup and a 60m rope. As I rapped I reached an overhang just where my rope got caught in the ice! Luckily I could hang on the prussik 'till I freed the rope. My 60m rope barely had enough length for me to reach the stream.
