These two dirt roads intersect at the parking spot for access to the hiking road. Both these roads (Summit Road/Madonna Road and Loma Prieta Road) to this point are public. The continuation is to the left of this picture through a marked "authorized/resident vehicles only" gate. View direction is to the southeast, and main Bay Area valley on the east side of the Santa Cruz mountains is visible.
