Summit of Wedge Peak, dawn
The summit of Wedge Peak shines in the first light of morning.
Taken from Pangpema, November, 1998.
Peak 5950 is located directly north across the Kangchenjunga Glacier from Wedge Peak.
SP member Bor has provided a link to an expedition that made an ascent of this magnificent peak.

Great Nelson, thanks for asking . As you can see by my profile, things have changed dramaticly for me since being in Nepal in Spring of 2004 ... my Everest is a different one now!! But loving every moment!! :-)

I crawled out of the warm sleeping bag to wait for the sun to strike the peaks. The photo does not do justice to the scene, of course. Thanks again for your comments.
