Teton Alpenglow [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Teton Alpenglow
Brilliant sunset alpenglow light on Mount Owen, 12,928 feet, and the Grand Teton, 13,770 feet, as seen from Cascade Creek to the northwest - July. The weather the entire day was overcast and drizzling, but I set up my camera anyways before sunset time. I thought I started seeing hints of a warmer reddish light on the peak but friend thought I was crazy... but a few minutes later the peaks lit up with some of the most amazing light I've witnessed. BLongGreat work

Voted 10/10

I always love the way mountain sunsets look after a storm. Good work. Thanks for sharing.
