2011: Early start from the Oberaarjochhütte. Quick ascent to the Bächlilücke, where a strong and freezing wind was blowing. Continued to the summit anyway in unreal and special atmosphere. Fantastic ski desent from the Bächilücke over the E Flank, all the way to the Galmihütte. Further descent with skis on the back to Münster.
2015: The best / cheapest / fastest way out of the Finsteraarhornhütte in Bernese Oberland when the Fiescher Glacier doesn't pass anymore is over the Vordere Galmihorn and down into the Bächital. Nice climb, amusing 1500m ski descent and another 700m on foot to Reckingen.

on the last day of a great week crossing the Bernese Alps with ski we climbed Galimhorn coming from Finsterarhorn hut and taking downhill resp. down walk to Reckingen in the Goms valley

Normal route from the Oberaarjoch HutClimbed with beautifull weather and perfect conditions! The view is magnificent (Bernina-Urner Alps-Wallis-Mont Blanc)!
