| Agree, nicer than Grapevine. Looped to avoid coarse talus on way down, came most of the way down on NW; much smaller scree, but bring gaiters or you will stop to empty your boots every minute. | |

| Nice August hike with DB. Outstanding summit views. This is a much more interesting peak than nearby Grapevine Peak. | |
