Waldorf Ghost Town

Waldorf Ghost Town

Waldorf sits at treeline tucked against the slopes of McClellan Mountain. In the late 1800s, it was an important center or mining (gold and silver) and even tourism and was home to the nation's highest post office, but now the town's remains stand silent and empty.
